Delivery and Returns

Standard Delivery - $15 (Free For Orders Over $200*):

  • $8 - Guaranteed delivery within 12 days - often before: New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New Jersey, Delaware, Massachusetts.
  • $10 - Guaranteed delivery within 14 days - often before: Maine, New Hampshire, Michigan, Ohio, West Virginia, Maryland, Washington DC, Virginia, North Carolina, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, Alabama, Mississippi, Tennessee, Arkansas, Kentucky, Indiana, Illinois.
  • $12 - Guaranteed delivery within 14 days - often before: Louisiana, Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Colorado, Missouri, Iowa, Nebraska, South Dakota, North Dakota, Minnesota, New Mexico, Arizona, Utah, Idaho, Wyoming, Montana, Nevada, California, Oregon, Washington.

 

*Baskets containing sale items must also contain full price items to the value of $200+ to qualify for this offer.

Please note, orders above 4kg (8 pounds) will have an additional $7 added to the shipping price. 

Please Note: Alaska and Hawaii currently only have an option for Standard Delivery and delivery times maybe longer.

 

Returns Policy

We offer refunds to your original payment method on all full price items returned to us within 14 days from the date of delivery. Sale or discounted items are valid for a return to e-gift card only.

You must notify us of your return via e-mail within 14 days from the date of delivery. This policy applies for all payment methods including Buy now & Pay Later payment methods.Returns must adhere to the following:
  • In original packaging
  • No signs of wash/wear
  • Tags must not be damaged or removed
  • No stains/hairs/odors
  • Underwear and swimwear must have hygiene seal intact
We reserve the right to return your item back to you if it does not adhere to the above. You will be responsible for covering the costs of the item being returned.
